Most likely, Hannah will be the first person you meet when you walk into the Law Office of Khalidi & Ferrier. To call Hannah a receptionist is an injustice because she is so much more. Besides greeting the clients and answering the phones, Hannah handles a multitude of tasks, including maintaining a complex calendar and document management for the entire staff. Hannah’s warm personality and professionalism are indispensible to the firm.
Hannah, born and raised in Tucson, is attending Pima College as the first step in pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting. When not working or studying, you will find Hannah curled up with a book or sketch pad, swimming at the local YMCA or cooking up something delicious in her kitchen.
Esther, Legal Assistant to Robert Ferrier, prepares the majority of pleadings in our family law cases. Esther is extremely bright and possesses a wicked sense of humor. She can answer most of the questions you have regarding the progress of your case; and if she doesn’t know the answer, she will find it for you in record time
Born in Iowa, Esther moved to Tucson with her parents at the age of two. In 2002 she returned to Iowa to attend Grinnell College where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English in 2006. Resettled in Tucson, Esther enjoys reading, cooking, and beginning projects she will never finish. She loves being with her family and traveling whenever she has the opportunity.
Sadly, Esther will not be with Khalidi & Ferrier much longer. She is currently applying for law school with plans to eventually work in the public sector. She will be sorely missed by the firm and our clients.
Allison serves as the firm’s Office Administrator and Legal Assistant to Thabet Khalidi. She recently joined the firm after more than a decade with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and a prior decade in private practice. Allison handles all administrative functions in the office and provides legal support to the Senior Partner.
After obtaining her Applied Sciences Degree in paralegal studies in 1995, Allison was certified by the National Association of Legal Assistants. In 1997, she was named Legal Assistant of the Year by the Volunteer Lawyers Program of Southern Arizona.
Allison spends as much time as she can at the movies, tending to her vegetable garden, playing with her granddaughters and trying, with some success, to tame her rambunctious Doberman. She is active in her church and passionate in her efforts to help New Orleans recover from Hurricane Katrina.
